Blue Blizzard (TAG-13) Rod Quality:1st or other arrangements ahead ofBlue Blizzard is transparent to semi opaque cobalt shot through with flecks of white glass snow that we make especially for the Blizzard colors. The white bits remain distinct, even after working the piece, and rough rods smooth out nicely in the flame. Should be worked in a neutral or oxidizing atmosphere to prevent graying.
