Soumah Crescent Moon Methode Traditionnelle Brut ABV 14.4% and delicate oak spiceCrescent Moon is an elegant sparkling blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, handpicked from the Upper Ngumby and Hexham vineyards. Crafted in the traditional method, the base wine undergoes a cool first fermentation in tank to preserve purity of fruit, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle and four years of lees aging. Disgorged with a dosage of 5. 5g L, this brut cuve reveals a fine, delicate bead, vibrant citrus and peony florals, and a
