The aroma starts with creamy desiccated coconut, white pepper and a hint of salty brine, with the peat smoke lingering in the background. Sweet and incredibly oily on the palate, it becomes peppery and dry on the finish, with smouldering peat bonfire smoke and a musty, earthy spice. The peat smoke found in Longrow is very balanced and integrated, making it very well
