It expresses a sweet malt character, mild fruity esters, and a hint of diacetyl. Plus it finishes clear perfect for harvesting for future fermentations. It flocculates hard, and can appear coagulated when done. ATTENUATION: 63% 70% FLOCCULATION: Very High ALCOHOL TOLERANCE: Medium (5 10%)
