maturing for ten long years in a range of ex-bourbon casks such as our famous slow-grown and air-dried 'designer casks' from Missouri

It has aromas of pear

it cannot be categorized as a rye or a bourbon

we do our own distribution in order to keep prices low for our consumers

we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities

The creamy notes are balanced by a soft minerality and a hint of tropical fruit. Those creamy notes continue to your palate where they are joined with bright acidity and well integrated oak that leads into a long, creamy finish.
