"Kerass" can be Normal Summoned or Special Summoned (with its own effect), and use its shared "Tri-Brigade" effect to Special Summon a Link Monster with a Link Rating anywhere between Link 1 to 3, as there are at least 3 "tri-type" monsters in the GY
Essentially, it adds more shine: all the basic lands are foil (as well as non-foil), and the promo cards are foil, and of course the inclusion of a Collector Booster means a shot at rare foils and variants
Cards like Eerie Interlude let the player draw lots of cards with Arcades' trigger to keep the hand full, and they can protect the defenders from effects like board wipes, too
